At Republic Customs, we stand by the quality of our bespoke streetwear and want you to be fully satisfied with your fit. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and labels remain attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
